  1. Peter, do people actualy make copies of these and then pass them off as Walbro?? If so I would never have thought of that.

  6. Will a hawkeye sti interior, seats n doorcards fit a bug wrx? Pretty sure the seats are a straight awap but more concerned about the doorcards, if different layout of switches etc? Thanks.
  7. Im sorry but Im goin have to stand up and show ma love for Tokyo Drift. This film has loads of brill things about it and has often cured my insomnia on a cold night. For starters everyone loves a film in a film franchise that has no characters from the originals ( except small cameo at the end ), it really makes it feel that its following on from the previous films, which it doesnt. Its got a guy playing a seventeen year old kid who was 23 when it was made but looks even older lol, its got crashes where people walk away from totalled cars with nothing more than a fat lip and a grin, its set in Japan, the home of JDM, its got neon lights at night, its got hot japanese chicks, its got cool cars, yes even the red evo is pretty nice, its got manga style villans, pretty cool tunes, teaching you how to drift where you get better as you learn montages ( we can all use these ), a character who dies yet returns in the next installment in the series, oh and did I mention hot japanese chicks, seriously what more do you need. Tokyo Drift is frickin awesome with a capital AWE! I salute you......and goodnight!
  8. Welcome, and cool username.
  9. Well at least thet means a wee tweak will be cheaper too.
  10. Yep, was alot easier before kenny.
  11. Hi. Ecutek remap with Andy F will be £600+. Thats what mine was a couple of years ago. Alot, but it does make the world of difference to the car. Also worth considering would be Trackhound tuningwho is getting good reviews on here. Uses open source remapping I believe which means bout half the price but dont quote me. Ecutek costs alot due to the licence needed. Open source no licence required as far as i know. Another vote for grooved discs. Goodridge and HEL for your braided hoses. Just put mintex 1144 pads on the car, alot better than standard, sure your brembo pads, discs will be fine. Cheers.

  18. mintex Can someone tell me if mintex pads are available for the rears of a 2002 wrx. It seems to say so in the above link from scoobyworld but the diagrams seem only for sti or cars up to 00. Im sure they must be available. Im not well up on the diagrams of my rears? thanks.

  20. cool. I'll look out for ye, im through Bishopton quite alot actually. I was behind a classic last year some time ago leaving Bishopton in the greenock direction which then floored it off into the distance. It went around the roundabout and back toward bish as i headed to greenock. I dont drive that road fast, i think its in a poor state or i would have tried to catch up lol. cheers.
