Well been working on my alternator and power steering pump etc......buffing them up then going to spray them with clear coat heat paint!! Got the Inlet manifold finished...pics below

Well got the oil cooler all mounted today, think it looks quite good....not only will the cooler get good air flow but the pipes will 2!! Also a question for the guru's, I need to connect up my fans on my radiator, i have removed the old plug from my old radiator fan and there are three wires!! i thought it would be a live ground and earth but i get resistance across all three!! my new fans are just 2 wires live and ground....can someone help my and tell me what the colours are so i can connect it up?? Yeh im still reading up on turbos, just looked at that cos it seemed good in the write up and also looked at the external wastegate and manafold/up pipe etc....it was all coming to about 2.5k!! seemed good!! not to say i have set my heart on it, will see what happens....cheers for the info though, i will defo look into it!! I want to know what your going for tell me!!! will be good to catch up with you when you get it finished!! When you expecting it back?? Well today i fitted my rear strut brace, also removed my steering wheel etc and changed the rotary coupling for the horn and airbag as that was goosed!! Removed the old heat wrap from the exuast manifold etc and fitted the new heat wrap (In the pics its plastic ties but that was only for ease when wrapping it....its now got metal ties fitted....just in case someone says "Do you realise they will melt ). Also started modifing and mounting my oil cooler in between the intercooler and radiator!! Tomorrow i will finish the oil cooler and start cleaning up my engine bay!! Im just keeping the td05 20G at the moment as im saving my cash, it will just be done a bit at a time......but soon will be getting a Rotated GT35 for it Not sure about power figures just see what happens i think

Well busy day today, removed the rear shocks and changed the springs to 5kg ones, totally re-cooped the rear brakes.....they were all rusted up so cleaned up the discs and sprayed them with clear heat paint, re-cooped the calipers and got it all nice!! removed the front bumper and removed the induction kit from under the bumper along with the intercooler pipes etc. After it was all re-cooped Disc's before Springs changed and all cleaned up and greased Well tomorrow im changing the clock sprin behind the steering wheel as its not working causing my horn not to work and airbag light to come on also!! Also will be putting heat wrap on my headers and starting cleaning up the inlet manifold etc. Jase

Cheers for all the comments Well today i got the heads all off and packaged up...then sent them away to Alan Jeffery to go over then fit to my new block i removed the coilovers from the front and changed the springs from 5kg to 6kg, tomorrow will be putting the 5kg springs on to the back shockers. Got the brakes all bled and a H-brace fitted also, but the H-brace didnt fit great....had to slot one of the hole a bit to get it fitted!! has anyone else had this problem?? sma01.......will keep you posted on how it all goes!! when do u get your car back?? Well FINALLY the car is into my mates garage and i have begun to get right in about it Alan Jeffery has built my new CDB 2.1 forged block full of goodies, so just thought i would throw up some picks as i went through ripping stuff of my car and throwing on the new stuff Ready to start Engine ripped out ready for the strip down Mate Lee helping me with the strip down so that the heads can be sent down to Alan Jeffery to be checked out and fitted to the new block Needing a really good clean up!! New K-spot 8 pots fitted 22mm Whiteline anti roll bar 24mm Whiteline anti roll bar More pics to come as i fit other goodies just shortly

Yeh......The crap thing is i would never ever park there and have told the girlfriend not to be parking in places like that......even though its not her fault it happened im still miffed at her for parking in that place But its a lesson she will learn now its happened as its going to cost me a coin or two to get it fixed......prob going to have to get most of the car re-sprayed so it matches otherwise it will never be the same!!

Yeh...gutted!!!!! Total low life scum......dont think they could have went deeper if they tried I think i am lucky i wasnt there and caught them or i would have been going to bell street jail after beating them to a pulp!!! barstewards!!!
