Just search little man big feet
-
Will be mounted soon and will need some fairy dust to get it going
I thought that phrase was blown out the water.

The drive back was great. loving the sound of the cai even more. Thought i might get a bit more torque but am happy with the power instead.
The second gear thrash is defo an experience lol.
More boost will give you more torque
-
320 lbft @ 2900 rpm is really good going. What boost is it mapped to ?
-
Bet you couldn't keep the smile of your face on the way home
Nice big spread of power now, have fun.
-
Unlucky Andy, hope you get out of the 9s soon or get in to the 8s whitch ever is easier
-
Talking about !! Clarity. We know Donald's going to Golspie, Arch is going, so that must mean John St will be there as well ?
-
cant rule out the s206 or similar as either
Need to see the s206 mapped and RR by a few more before we see how good it is.
Anyway, that's to much power for you Dunk
-
Didn't know you where getting 14mm headstuds....why did you go for them when you don't really need it unless you where wanting to run a bigger turbo?
The boy has a fetish
-
Well, John St proved that with the gt35 lag monster. The MD321H is a nice turbo, its a shame its way over priced.
-
Should still make a capable tool for the hills and sprints.
-
i well avoid mcGashins, too expensive for fuel
That's before you get robbed when u go into the shop with the weans, cost u a bloody fortune!!
When your breeding a gang any shop will cost you

ok if your only looking for 350/350 a normal STi would be perfectly suited, however your looking to do trackdays as well so i would recommend you go with the forged pistons etc as for head gaskets i went for the cometic steel triple layered jobby last time round and will use them again this time round they seem more than up too the job, ARP head studs the 11 ml ones are good for the power your after the 14 ml ones (i think) are mostly for higher power builds and people who have a fetish for large ammounts of boost, the WRX heads should be ok for 350 as well
If your looking for a fully forged build try enginetuner i just picked up a 2.1 stroker in a Closed Deck Block with rear thrust conversion and 14ml headstuds for a pretty good price, you could go for the same 2.1 stroker in a open deck block or semi open deck (no need for the rear thrust conversion with these) and 11 ml head studs for just a little bit more than you mentioned in your first post
hope this helps
What turbo will you be using with your new build Dunk and what power do you expect.
-
bug spec c is only about 40kg heavier than a late classic.
that weight can be lost and you have a chassis that will take big power alot happier
When the numbers start climbing i think the new age comes in to its own.
-
problem with newage's is when standardish they feel slow and handling is crap.
add some coilovers, ARB's and droplinks = handling sorted
add power including supporting mods (20g turbo) taking power to 380ish BHP = power sorted
Jobs a goodin
refinement plus added benefit of 6 speed bullitproof gearbox
aye thats all and well Mark, if you have a 100bhp in yur heed
-
Passed ma test in my Mini then bought another Mini and again a 1385cc mini, love them and still do.
-
Jac, yes I'll be at both events. I think the Road Car Title will go down to the wire this year
It's going to make for a interesting finish to the season.
See you at Forrestburn
-
Cheers John, now we are on the same level
-
Just wondering why you posted on MLR we were all upset at what him and his car has achieved there hasnt been one negative thing posted so far?, if anything were "ALL" singing his praises hence this thread, was going to ask over on MLR as im registered there but will keep it confined to here to avoid causing trouble
If you saw a post about John st on the MLR you would be the first to post it up on SIDC Dunk.
-
I remember a mate of mine got his car mapped with Andy and with in 10 min Andy says there is some thing wrong
with your turbo. It turned out to be a Small bit of Debris had trapped its self in between the turbo blades, ones removed
all was well again.
-
Hi Donald, will you be at Forrestburn at the end of the month or Doune Sept weekend ?
-
Quite possibly the stupidest thing I have seen posted on this forum Even Donald wouldnt agree with that, he is a very good driver with a very quick car but there are also other very good drivers with very quick cars around in A3.
Its only a laugh Arch, notice in my post the big smiley face
Another Disaster?
