i did the same full set of ebc disks and mintex 1155 pads and a brake fluid change and they where spot on unless your running alot of extra power ofcourse then bigger is better.also braided hoses make a difference

its not advertised well but if i where you i'd ask to see it because the guy who own's it might be fine also if you get it cheap enough with that kind of milage its worth travelling for.Fair enough the guy selling it comes across aggressive might work in your favour by putting people off.

clean looking car, i had a mk4 cabriolet and put a turbo engine in it and it was good fun but wouldn't be anything like the real deal.

Hi folks coming home the other day my clutch pedal started sticking on the floor, i got the car home and when i check'd the fluid it was pretty much empty so i topped up but the pedal still sticks. After pumping the pedal a few times it felt a bit better but still wasn't the same, so i tried to bleed it and as soon as i pushed the pedal it dropped to the floor and still sticks so how do i bleed it correctly??? keep it til after xmas/spring see how you feel once the dissapointment of it breaking down has gone. If you break it then its a better time for selling whole or as parts. Might also give you time to fix her then decide to keep it??

plugged in the two connectors and code came back as 23 so new maf sensor it is! cheers for all your help mark

what is obd2?? a mate is coming to look at it tonight but unplugged the maf and made no difference. cheers Mark

hi folks was coming home in my00 classic and was accelerating in 2nd gear and it just started boosting about 45mph and engine then just cut, then wouldn't let me accelerate just miss fired left it a few minutes got it started and was ideling fine. I can drive the car but when i floor it it miss fires and wants to cut out and to top it all off the check engine light is now constantly on. Any help seriously appreciated!!!!!!

hi folks! My scoob has started not blowing hot air when ideling but does when on the move. Thermostat gauge works and moves as it should, water level is at full and it does blow hot so can't be heater matrix any ideas ?

i have a my00 classic same as yours turbo 2000 running 266bhp a few mods loads of history in good condition and i was lookin for £2500 for it but couldn't sell. had it on e-bay could have sold it if i'd been interested in a 1.4 fiat punto and an ikea sofa might be worth breakin it mate! mark

I'm with a company called 1st central and i'm £380 a year fully comp 3 years ncb. All you need to do is phone new insurance company quoting your excisting insurance ref number and they can get your ncb from that. Thats what i did mate. Good luck Mark

hi there i just bought a centre de cat for my00 classic uk turbo 2000 and on recieving the pipe i thought look'd different from my last de cat, on reading the ad again the guy bought it for his 1996 wrx import will this still fit? one of the end flanges looks wrong and is it the same length??? if not anyone wanna buy it?
