Not sure. I did see a few cams flying around and there was a 2min video on YouTube. Next time I'll bring a cam. For about £50 you could hire a pro to take some really nice shots of the cars when all parked up. I'm sure we could club together and sort that! Plus I need some pics of the new car for my bio pic on here! :-D

Just part ex'd my current 2003 WRX SL blog for a 2006 Hawk STi Spec D PPP that's loaded with extra Prodrive kit! Got all the insurance sorted today and the scoob dealing is doing the MOT atm. Hopefully picking her up in a couple of weeks. :headbang: :banana: When I've got her home I'll post some pics. Only thing is.... the misses hasn't seen it yet. Or heard it. I reassured her it makes not much more noise than the current car!

Just one quick note re: Welches. I got my current WRX SL from them and they do a great job. First couple of service stops and they recommended new discs and pads at the front. Fine. Next service stop 10k or so later, same recommendation. Fine. And then again. I pulled the chap on a couple of yrs into owning the car and pointed out "I should be getting more than 1 set of pads per disc set! Is there someone on your staff who can get the tech a second opinion? Sure enough, "Oh, yeah, everything is fine. Sorry." Might be nothing, but I thought it was a bit sus. And £10 for a "courtesy car". Not sure about that one either. But they know their stuff and I'll keep using them. PW

Sorry to barge in chaps, but I'm about to buy a Spec D from a dealer in Norwich. It's SV56 *** and has a butt load of prodrive kit on it. The dealer is currently replacing the turbo and hopefully I'll be picking it up in a week or two. Given SV is from up your way, I'm hoping the previous owner is on SIDC and can give the inside track on the car. I also posted this in the main forum () so sorry for the repeat. Thanks, PS

Thanks chaps. It's currently for sale in Norwich and the dealer is replacing the turbo before I pick it up. Coming with a full warranty etc... but just wanted to check. Heading to the scot forum section now :-) Ta

Starting this thread to mainly shout about excited I am! I've currently got a MY03 WRX SL and I'm chopping it in for MY06 STi Spec D PPP!! If all falls into place, I'll be picking it up in a few weeks. Expect pics! The car is SV56 *** and is from near Norwich.
