  1. Very nice Ciaran, good choice.

Is the front bumper uncut? Fancy a swap for a pre cut one?

mmmmm i was thinking front mount anyway. Is the cutting of your bumper not a bit rough from memory :tumbleweed:

  2. and will this one ???

Yip. Only requires the engine and box fitting and its good to go. May pull the current engine and sort it so I can use it this summer :)

  3. and i believe youve been thinning out the collection anyway ;)

cmon whatve you got? show me yours il show you mine.... :P

I have indeed been thinning out my collection. Needs must :(

It is.............. a well guarded secret for now. I will give you a clue though it is limited edition ;)

  4. As mentioned above check your wheel bearings. If its a rumble when come off the throttle and start to slow down its probably just a wheel bearing.

If you jack each wheel off the ground and put one hand at the front of the wheel at one at the back and pull with one hand and push with the other in a quick kind of motion you will feel a little bit of movement if there is a wheel bearing on its way out

  5. Won't effect emmission as its just the sound deadaning.

It may however get worse as it has abviously started to break down inside. It won't cause any damage but you may have to look at getting a new backbox in the future

  6. ^^^

Is that sticker wonky or is the line in the bodywork increasing in height towards the rear of the car?

Also am I the only one disappointed not to see an EJ20 in a ford puma?

Nope lewis exactly what i was expecting.

Is it just me that thinks ford Pumas look cool? :D

  7. Based purely on my common sense, if you stall the turbo you've slowed the turbine speed, therefore to get back on boost you need to get the turbo spinning up again which requires exhaust gasses flowing through the turbo. This means you've got to wait for the revs to increase which in turn gets exhaust gasses flowing which then gets the turbine back up to speed and then you'll get your boost back.

Right we're on two different paths here. DV delete stalls the turbo and will cause lag all be it not very much.

To get "wastegate chatter" one just needs to get an induction kit and have the car mapped to suit.
