How about if you take the car off the trailor in Crail and drive down the road Crail raceway would that count? That way it's sort of driven to the event?

Well a bit of an update on this. I received a letter from a dept collector today stating court proceedings will be taken if i do not pay the amount due by the 18th so looks like il have to pay the £65

Im insured with Keith Micheals now. Insurance has gone up about £200 a year since adding 90bhp to the RB5. Think I am paying about £620ish all mod's declared which for 26 with 5NCD isn't realy that bad is it???

Well if my car was gaining or even a stable value i would understand but even a mint RB5 is only worth £6k. I would possibly get £5k if I was lucky It will be getting a cage shortly and il be aiming for it to be a RB500 later in the summer

So all special editions should be left bog standard? So if I rip the interior out of my RB5 and fit a multi point cage I will be slagged off on here? May also actually fit a spoiler that actually causes downforce as well im doomed now Also I have already cut away half the P1 front splitter and fitted a FMIC Also have P1 wheels at the moment as well

I was off from the 24th still am untill the 20th I want a gander when it's all finished. You have plenty power already I was in a mates stripped out standard uk the other day and it is so much faster and louder by just ripping out the seats door cards etc

Is the cage not finished yet rich? My MOT runs out next month so it been decided the car is coming off the road then getting stripped, cage fitted, few personal body modifications and then full respray. I then have to save up for all the parts which make the car move

Im only planning to run it as a safety precaution when giving the car 100% at trackdays etc. Car would not be mapped with it running.

Iv recently moved into a new house and coming onto the street is a 20 dergree angle which catches my front splitter unless I crawl out. It is so steep that I can get 1 wheel off the ground if I go at an angle. My splitter is Fibreglass but so far has not cracked. I was out driving in snow that was actually higher than it the other day cleared my mates drive for him that which made me laugh

Well I was thinking off selling but have decided the RB5 will be staying since I got bored between crimbo and new year and bought a few very expensive parts I have the engine now all I need is trasmission to cope and I will hopefully have a RB500 The car will also be going off the road for a few shortly while I get rid of the rust and give her a full respray

Will be getting anti-freeze put in asap. Just started the car again and the water pump is working. Have to go a wee trip down the road will see how I get on.

Well me being the genious I am decided not to put anti freeze in my car last time I had the radiator off It is now pretty frozen. The pipes for the heater matrix are solid ice. The header tank had a bit of ice but is not frozen solid. I started the car and it ran for about 5 min and then made a strange noise and nearly cut and the cooling fans came on even though the cars temp needle had not even moved. CEL also came on When I turned the car off and on again CEL had cleared Im a tad worried the water pump may have broken or made the timing skip a tooth. Although the car runs fine and doesn't make any funny noises. What should I do? Just let the car thaw out whenever that is and learn to put anti freeze in next time? Any other hand tricks? Was going to go shopping but can't now suppose I better go to the pub

I told them what the mileage was when i started and when i went to renew. I know I should have lied but I didn't think i would have gone over the limit. plus i couldn't remember what I told them at the start of the policy
