Yes he could loss his license if he re-fit the decat pipe after test ,if he can't see the wires for the spoiler light then it should pass .. How do you know the hand brake works ??

Anything from the steering at all ???? My rear brakes were shot ,discs were starting to corode and caused a hell of a vibration through the car but nothing on the steering indicating the rears .. Take your wheels off and see if there is any indication on the discs ..
