Byres Road? I live in the west end so always in and out of there. They have the car as grade 2 due to stone chips on the bonnet and a couple of kerbed alloys but £500 to fix that and shes good as new.

Private plate went with the car and it is now listed on the BCA website, going to auction 3rd July 2012 and they expect her to sell for 8-10k !!!

Very cheap car for the RB status and the power she has.

I never got anything regarding a password reset I'm afraid, so this explains the confusion.

The fact that my post advertising my car was summarised with the reasons why it wasn't in the correct section, and still deleted rather than moved, annoyed me.

I have requested my password/login resent to me on numerous occasions now following Andy initially setting up a new account of Gumball following forum redesign. And still have had no closure on it.

So today I try to do what I was intending which was post my car for sale, and it's deleted as its not in the right section.

I've been part of SS.com since 2005 now and although less active these days due to other commitments, I still actively promote SS.com on a regular basis. On Friday I met a guy at a filling station in Glasgow and offered some help on mods. I then pointed him here and suggested he joined.

So what thanks do I get? No help on the forum and my thread deleted?

Having owned both 2.0 and 2.5:

2.0

Exposed my blob to a lot of abuse boost, power wise

Circa 430bhp/420 lbft

Nothing happened and the car is still going strong

2.5 RB320

I'm now limited mods wise

Need to forge it to go above 400bhp

It worries me and certainly holds me back

Great engine but IMHO the 2.0 is better

But I want more power and although I have asked some folks to suggest and price the next steps- they aren't moving fast enough.

So, I know taking the 2.5 above 400bhp isn't wise, what should I do now? Forge it? What turbo? Anything else? I've got cash to burn so I wanna make this car quick and strong.

It's an RB320 but I'm keeping it so it's time to mod more
