It was stuck between the dust shield and the disc and when removing the stone, part of the shield broke away (its an old car lol)! But just going to remove the shield now anyway

So can they be replaced or is a whole disc change job? Just the road i stay on is always caked in mud from tractors etc especially in the winter!

Hi on my travels back from Lewis at New Year my front wheel started making a scraping noise!! Thought it was the caliper/pads but on inspection today the back plate on the disc must have had a stone lodged between that and the disc which was making the noise. Can the back plate be removed and replaced(its rotten) or do i have to replace the whole disc? Cheers from a learner lol

Yip it was the Shell garages the one near me was cloning cards too and a few of my friends lost money from their bank accounts and it was around the end of August
