Yeah it was seemingly, a friend of Terri's he was from her personnel department fell down some stairs and fractured his skull [] Anyway the Blackwall tunnel Norhbound was closed and therefore directed into the other tunnel, and the LLT was completley closed both ways, but i did manage to find a couple of really long arhes tunnels near London bridge, so that more than made up for that.
