  3. Guess he got what he wanted after spitting his dummy out over lack of attention, He has got plenty to be going on with now.
  4. Mine was rusting in the same place too but was not as bad as yours,cost me around £420 quid but i had some rust around the petrol cap and a front and rear bumper respray done at same time from a Subru recommended body shop in west yorkshire.
  5. Thats disgusting,makes my blood boil to see it. Some people are just so sad just cos someone else has a nice car.

A few days on am still thinking about what a great event it was and a perfect tribute to Colin McRae,driving down the motorway does not feel the same time(nobody on bridge there to wave and cheer ),was driving on the m1 when I got goosebumps and a lump in my throat about what we all did,fel proud to have been apart of it,makes me feel good when I see my car in pics and on you tube.

Just got home myself after 870 miles of driving since 3am saturday morning,what a great weekend and fitting tribute to Colin McRae,All those people like Drew and family waving at us was a further boost to how great the weeknd was. Hope everybody got home ok Dave PS I saw the green t-shirted belly flasher too

Hi All How many members here own there Scooby as a second car,reason I am asking is my company has forced me to get an alternative car for work purposes but I dont want to lose my beloved Scooby.What would the best way to go about insuring a second car,are there any companys who specialise in low mileage policys.Any advice would be much appriciated. Also i am going on the Colin McRae drive in a few weeks time,that should be a great weekend. cheers all Dave
  13. My 2000 W Reg WRX has just done its 120500th mile,glad to know that Scooby engines can just keep on going
  14. cheers for that info,least i know what i can look out for now.Has anyone ever had old alloy wheels professionally resprayed/refurbished? Once saw a subaru where the owner had just sprayed them gold with a can of spray paint and they looked really bad and cheap.Wonder if a professional refurb would be better.
