code 33 speed sensor wil cause the car to go into safe mode and wont let you rev past 4500 revs it will run fine after a reset for 5 minutes but will give cel light again and back to spuare one check for loose wire to speed sensor

hi m8 its the sensor on the left of gearbox looking at it from engine best to change from underneath and remove downpipe ffor more room its a 16mm spanner if you can get a short enough spanner then no need to remove downpipe you have to watch dont force it as they are plastic

a point of contact had come loose in the speed sensor but all sorted now

a big thanx to duncan for getting me out of a rather tight money situation tonight my car through up 3 cel codes spent money on sensors for no reason was going to spend more but a quick phone call to duncan and got some advice regarding the problem and all is sorted i cant thank him enough this guy is highly reccommended in my book duncan thanx again

usually none mag days m8 you will find a few of us will be there as it tends to be quieter on the strip you get more runs for your money

the saying is true guys you only get what you pay for i learned the hard way i paid 7 grand for my x plate 2000 uk turbo to me its just the most cheap and nasty model you can buy i was robbed by myself especialy when you can buy a new age at that price but a evo 6 gsr i am looking at in black thanx for the comments guys regards racerx

ive been kicking around this site for a while now owned my classic for 16 months and its been nothing but trouble ive met some good friends on sidc but time to get a evo 6 ive had enough of subaru from maf,s to clutches, gearboxes its been a pleasure chatting with you all the people on here are very helpful so thanx again regards racerx
