  1. would have sold you the car in the link below fora good price if you'd responded to my pm mate. it's now selling for a lot more than I would've accepted. my old car.
  2. heard a couple of folk had problems with sc too tho mate, I could have sold you a minter of a V3 STI 555 but it's now at Calder Motor co.
  3. yeah it was mentioned a while ago
  4. well that's the scoob gone, got the cup 172 and tbh I haven't stopped grinning. It's a wee go kart, acceleration is superb, it handles like it's on rails and the brakes are superb. I thought I was going to be gutted when I got rid of the scoob but I'm not. On the trip computer coming home earlier it was showing 42 mpg, would never get that in the scoob.
  5. please delete.
  6. Ofcourse I'll save money mate, driven normally the clio can return good mpg, not to mention not having to use v-power, cheaper insurance, etc mate.
  7. go for the ngkpfr6 or 7b's mate, the short journeys you are doing are what is killing your plugs.
  8. I will be buddy, it's already in the planning stages and when I do come back it will be bigger and better bud.
  9. well that's it all signed it'll be away next weekend as soon as my cherished transfer is done.
  10. if my 6 numbers ever came up that is what I would buy.
  11. i use NGK PFR6B but you could go for colder NGK PFR7B. also does your car get a lot of very short journeys as this doesn't help them if the car is starting and stopping all the time.
  12. aye but I only live 2 miles away from my work matey
  13. she was a cracker mate, thanks, as for her new home she's going back to where I got her to be sold again. so fingers crossed whoever buys her will look after her as well as I did
  14. I've got a four year old daughter, a 6 week old daughter and ever increasing work commitments which means the car goes to work and back and that's it, it's costing me about 15 quid a week for a rediculously short journey hence why I've decidied to move on, but I will be back hopefully soon with something even better.
  15. cheers mate, i'll take you up on that.
  16. yeah It's a local car mate.
  17. It's a cracking wee car, 53 plate, 38k on the clock fsh. it's no the scoob tho, like i said I'll be back in the fold eventually, just with the way the market is just now the offer I got for my car was too good to turn down.
  18. each to their own neebs if you like it go for it, just my humble opinion.
  19. well folks next week is my last week of scooby ownership. the 555 is going. I'm just not using it to justify keeping it so it's going. I'm getting myself a wee clio 172 cup to play about in. But as Arnie always says "I'll be back".
  20. no gus imo it would be too much mate.
  21. I sent him a strong e-mail and also sent a report to e-bay. it's disgusting imo
