  4. Any help would be much appreciated on this. Car is 2000 Turbo on a W (2000 classic) My heater fan will not work neither will rear wiper or heated rear window, i'm pretty sure its the solenoid. As the heated rear window will come on with position one with ignition key but as soon as turn the heater on it goes off. Rear wiper is a pain in this weather with the wagon, want to sort it as soon as. Does anyone know where this solenoid is located and what to get to replace it? Brian

  11. Once again i'm in need of some technical help!! Fault code 12 is coming up on the cel light, car isn't idleing properly (wants to idle about 100 RPM!!) anybody got any ideas whats up with it? Idle control valve?? It is a year 2000 W reg 2000 turbo, have recently fitted a FMIC, runs piper cross induction kit. Thanks for any help Brian
  12. Great 24 hours!! Thanks to Imy and Grant for organising! and Peter for great meal!! Good to meet some new people and drive some different roads, think i am now addicted to smell of V power and Methanol!! A great combination. Can't wait to see some of the pics and videos. Jac hope you get on ok with the car heard the latest from grant about the AA (4th emergency service) but probably still quicker than any other despite your terrible wait! Your car was going good to!!   14. Just got a set of cusco coilovers. As not changed susspension on my wagon before i have a fewthings i want to know before i get shot of the old struts. Can i use standard top mounts? and if not can i get a set of pillowball or similar somewhere around glasgow? My scooby is a 2000 turbo w reg. Thanks for any help Bry

Hi mate Was talkin to you on sunday at KHill (silver classic wagon) i had problems with K&N but generaly if you stay clear of the oiled ones you'll be fine, I binned the K&N and have now got a pipercross which has changed the noise compaired to the K&N and with a new MAF sensor it runs much better.   19. Cheers for replying mate but its not workin atol where as the other works fine. There is case for the alarm as its the frequency that the mast are set to by the goverment that stop the fobs working under them, it is about seventy quid plus fitting but don't see the point as long as you know your code. But my fob is not workin press it anywhere and the wee red light flashes on it, but dosen't activate alarm. Bry
  20. Hi there need help!! My alarm/immobiliser key fob has not been workin since i parked under a phone mast in my 2000 turbo (W reg), ended up typing in the code to the box in the glovebox!! have tried changing batteries but still not workin. Have heard you can re program them in but don't have the hand book for the alarm/immobiliser, can anyone tell me how to do this?? It is the standard CAT1 Subaru alarm system Worried incase the spare ends up the same! Cheers Bry

  25. Certainly was!!! Think ethan was glad to finally leave the car park, after being hurled around in the back of it!!! Bet they thought it wouldn't be that good after it was suggested while standing in the porch overlooking the car park. Wonder how long it took them too fill in the donaught tracks this morning!!!(lol). The hippo hearse was looking good fun!!!!!!!
