Just want to say im very sorry i could not make it at the weekend i really wanted to pay my respects to the Great man. After seeing the effort you all put in and all the things your still planning for Colin and his family it makes me very proud indeed to be a part of this club .
My heart goes out to all his family and friends for the loss of this great father, this great guy, this great sportsman. A TRUE RALLY GOD.
RIP Colin McRae - always the best, always my hero
Miss you always.
Donald

IMHO i think the new site is spot on heaps more things to do like now you can have a squint at other members cars and things like that. I think a big thanks is needed to those who put so much hard work and effort in to the new site
I can never understand why if they mess up the repair job you have to argue with them to get it right surely they should realise that they are paid to do a job so it should be done to the same standard as the car was originaly with out this hassle every time.
I cant really say mate insurance companys are a funny bunch of critters. All ya can do is keep your fingers crossed that they dont get told about the mods
Am taking my car there next week to get some more mods done, been there before for a service and i cant fault them always happy and very helpfull i highly recommend them to all who want the work on there car done right.
Yeah i found that i had a set of red stuff pads on and they wrecked the disks[:'(] and they didno even stop you that fast. Must say again tho Mintex get my vote [Y]
For the last 2 month i have had my 2004 STI Type UK insured with elephant an over the last wee while i have been modding my car so i thought i would be safe and nominate all the mods to my insurance so i gave them a call today to do this and after around 15 min on hold i got to speak to someone who i then explained to them about all my mods thinking it was going to add a few hundred to the policy but no the guy told me due to the mods and the fact i never asked them before i put the parts on the car they can no longer insure my car and my policy would be canceled with immediate affect as you can Imagen i wis ragin[:@]. They would not even give to the end of the day to find more insurance and just to put the icing on the cake the Flooking Asses had the cheek to charge me nearly £50 for the admin costs[:@] .
So anyone who is thinking of using this thieving conning bunch of under achievers i would strongly advise against it..
Has anyone else had this sort of experience???
My experience is to go after market for them to buy from Subaru you are looking to pay around £400 for a full set. I just put Mintex performance pads on the front of my 2004 STI and they work like no other pad i have ever tried they cost around £150 for the front. Hope this helps
Nice one mr Bandit this next month is gonna go even slower till i get to Andy F after hearing how good your car is, Oooooh cant wait. Your car popping and banging i thought a re-map would stop that or am i just being dumb??
