also worth trying A-plan! i was with KM for years was £750 FC for my type r last year aged 26! 27 this year and only £450 with A-plan KM was over £100 dearer and couldnt compete!

are uk and jdm gearbox casings the same? ie could all the internals from a jdm box be put into uk box?

cheers steve sorry your reply must have came up when i was replying to grants! what box are you running in yours? did you get it mapped for running in as grant says have heard of a couple of engines going bang due to still running the 2ltr map! i have uprated pump,full 3" system and decat! also have font mount waiting go on too!

cheers grant yeh i'm trying to way up all the options as different tuners keep saying different thing? for the price of a rebuid on my own engine i could a 2.5 or 2.1 strokers seems obviously the best option? i feeling the extra torque of the 2.5 would make best road car? all the been reading posts about them using alot of oil?

hi just killed the crank the other day in my type r and now looking to put in a 2.5? who has done this and how did they do it? did you use complete standard 2.5 bottom end or did you uprate pistons and rods? any help much apreciated!

I'd still like to give the Nur Spec R a go cause I want it REALLY loud! It might be a bit quieter on mine than with you 'cause I have the sports cat DP which may be muffled a little... ive got an HKS hi-power 3" system im selling if your looking for a louder exhaust! its loud but not as loud as blitz it also come with bung for when you want to bw quiet! Pm wuz about clutch i got an exedy uprated one from him for a good price! he might also have a skimmed fly wheel aswell!

i just sold mine a month or so ago for £425 they had nearly new 215/35/18 tyres had recently been re-powdercoated and had new prodrive cenre caps! i thought they would have sold realy quickly seeing they were as new condition but they took a while!

could be needing ds 2500's and timing belt kit for my v4 type r?

lol how did you take that pic? looks like you have 2 right feet? theres a group buy on aberdeenscoobies just for revo exhaust and gonna get one as my hks is too loud! was just wondering what tail piece might look like so it take it thats the 100mm rond one then?

nice work! can you post pics of the exhaust as cant see them! is it the revolution system you have? which tailpipe have you gone for?
