My friends Hawkeye Wagon has Prodrive springs and 18in wheels and handles great even when pushed to the limit. Also slightly less stiffer/more comfortable than my standard STI set up.

IMO I would choose Toyo T1Rs rather than T1s mate.

Really bad news all this flooding, the amount of rainfall in such a shot period is scary. A couple of boys from round my way died in the bad floods a few years back when a bridge collapsed from undernearth them and their car got washed away. Tragic.

I`ve got 235/40/18 Toyo T1Rs which I have at 34F and 32R which I find suit my style of driving.

How things of changed, I had to wait 4 months on a waiting list for my first Subaru back in 2000, now its 'Special' & 'Limited' editions every other month to shift models. The depreciation of the Subarus is shocking compared with other marques at similar new prices. So with this and cheap imports flooding the country its not surprising that these once sought after cars are falling into the hands of the boy racers.

Can`t wait for this, I`ve also booked up with Rally Travel but on their escorted package, so no hassles. My mate has been with them to Finland and Greece and can`t say a bad word about them. Flying from Glasgow and then getting transfers from Dublin to our hotel. [Y]

Don`t care what anyone says, that car looks cr@p! The STI would have to look much better. If it had to be a hatchback then I`ve got the S3 brochure in front of me and it is extremely appealing.
