  1. Just remember mate that AG uses fillers so swirls and scratches will not be removed. For what it does it is good though.
  2. Hello and welcome mate. Colin
  3. One careful owner indeed! Doubt it! Your luck MUST change soon though John.
  4. Doubt you would get one much cheaper at that age mate. I like the RS style bucket seats you can get they look the business!
  5. I was at the Audi showroom at the weekend. £26k for a standard S3, after I had added all the extras it was up at £31k! I suppose they don't depreciate as bad though. I also asked about fuel grades and got a funny look.
  6. Nice motor mate. I would also say no to graphics as IMO less is more.
  7. I believe it actually is mate.
  8. 4th picture down sums it up really! Must have sounded awesome in the carpark.
  9. Seriously thinking of selling the STI. Not getting used since I bought the bike. Done a quote on-line from Parkers and got a shock. 55 Plate 2005 STI PPP 18 PFF7s plus other Prodrive bits under 20k on the clock, mint condition and only last year had the Polished Bliss treatment. What should I be looking for price wise? Does anyone think the car market is going to get better?
  10. This also happened to the wifes A Class a few years ago. Started with the nuts about 6 months from new then spread to the wheels. If you don`t ask you don`t get. Picked up the new Zetec S the other day, looked over it with a fine tooth comb and found a stone chip on the rear quarter. Told the salesman and to my astonishment he sent out a boy with a 5 litre tin of T Cut! I managed to get the first service free for my concern/complaint.
  11. Nice car mate. Why all the STI badging though?
  12. Too much of this crap happening now.
  13. Thats what I would go for. They are only coming in 3 colours Ultimate Green, Frozen White or Performance Blue. 300 BHP with front wheel drive seems a bit of a challenge though.
  14. I was in the Ford garage today. £500 secures an RS with delivery in 5-6 months as they are built to order. I'm definitely tempted.
  15. .... well not for me but for the other half, brand new Sea Grey Fiesta Zetec S. Picked it up today and all I can say it actually looks very good, quite bold and aggressive lines. The driving position is excellent, far better than my STI TBH. While I was in I picked up a brochure for the Focus RS, the more I see of it on TV/mags the more interested I am. £500 deposit secures one but as they are built to order the delivery time would be 5-6 months. They are only available in 3 colours, green, white and blue. Would prefer to Test Drive one first though and also I'm thinking about the car market in 6 months time for a trade in if the credit crisis gets worse. I definitely think Subaru owners will be looking to Ford for a decent looking motor, well I have anyway!
  16. Some roads I commute on are appalling. Patching up potholes is no use either. The Councils/Government need to free up some money to sort them out. Our Road Tax will be getting used to bail out banks no doubt.
  17. Looking good Colin. Now watch the kerbs!
  18. Nice one mate. Always thought the Newage wheels suited the Classics.
  19. Never noticed anything strange and I pop in every night!
