  1. Very nice mate [y] ...my thoughts thou, the black bits break it up and make the white stand out [y] Craig []
  2. Thanks for ur reply mate ...will stick to getting the OE STi intercooler [y] Craig []
  3. Total system volume is well under a Litre a Gus, so even draining the master cylinder, reservoir and lines, 1ltr will be plenty [y] Craig [] http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1086452#' style="border-bottom: medium double rgb(0, 51, 102); text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 51, 102); background-color: transparent; padding-bottom: 1px;" class="iAs">
  4. Yes you do have a point Andy, speaking for myself, if am fitting goodridge hoses and ferodo pads, (can not afford a new brake kit) then i also want the best brake fluid money can buy Dot 5.1 ... DOT 5.1 is clearly better, but its also 3-5 times as much to buy, so unless you are very "spirited" with the brakes, DOT 3/4 blend should be very sufficient and you may as well save your money. Craig []
  5. PS ...does this mean ur going for it mate ! leave these ultra high bhp boys for dust [y] Craig []
  6. Andy if you are going to the expense of goodridge hoses, then why try to save a penny on the fluid, imo the two go together ... Even at legal speed limits, (road use) your stopping power could make a crucial difference [y] Craig []

  8. Maybe getting a wee bit technical for a fun track day ? Tire pressure should be just enough to ensure the surface temperature is even across the width. Too little = Centre will not provide maximum grip Too much = Edges will not provide maximum possible traction Craig []
  9. Yep, does look like it could be another good day out [y] Craig []
  10. Its already been said .. [8o|] [N] Craig

  12. One of the parts on my shopping lists is a replacement inter-cooler, whilst looking through the eBay's auctions, on the look out for an OE STi intercoooler, i came across this Hybrid one : "Brand New...100% Aluminium, hand welded, constructed with a bar & plate design. Good for up to 600 bhp. low pressure drop 0.2psi at 15psi *Strong Bar and plate design. Temperature has drop from 120 degree to 28 degrees" XS-POWER - Link I have my doubts and certainly don't want to take a gamble ..has anybody here by any-chance purchased one of these ? Thanks Craig []
