Aye they fit under the MY99-00 standard 16" alloys.

Ideal opportunity to upgrade to 4 pots wayne, get some second hand ones then get the seal kit for it, thats probably the cheapest way about it plus getting upgraded brakes. Remember if you go too big ie brembos etc then your McRae will no longer be so original & unmodded. The swap I did on my old car was seized 4 pots for reconned 4 pots, don't think the 2 pot trade in will be sufficient. Rich

Is this a project track car or a project restore to its original condition? Either way it would be good to see a project spring to life, some of our runs often go through forres so could pop in for a nose sometime, or even lend a hand Rich

The pops and bangs are a great laugh, and it is controllable (just like a dump valve). You don't need to be popping and banging everywhere if you drive normal. Its a great laugh and I do miss my pops and bangs....it also becomes a talking point at meets etc Its all up to yourself, you may however get bored with it. Mine did it when I decellerated from 4000 to 2500 revs. I don't think you can have different levels, its either on or off to my understanding. Rich

Its a bit cheeky like. Neil that 1st photo is the same level of quality as the one's burgy put up, who wants to see a bit of grass? It seems peeps on here are scared now to post pics becuase theres a number of folks with their fancy camera's taking fantastic photos. Its all good to see the nice edited fancy lens shots........but at times I do like to see a bit of background, instead of a blur This isnt a rant, its just stating facts. I was £80 for both rear arches by graeme at AWD in Perth. No more rubbing issues when heavy cornering or bumpy roads. The paint around the inside of the arch did crack but that was because it was starting to go a bit rusty anyway. I have since had that sprayed so all good now. Rich
