  4. The car is mint colin like i say apart from the rebuild its totally standard it has 60k b4 the rebuild and has a double de-cat hayward and scott system. Stevie
  5. Got the chance of buying my mates RB5 it recently had an engine rebuild at Hypertech costing 3k he is only asking 6k for it including a set of brand new alloys, but i need to sell MYO1WRX first ,is this a good price for it ? Stevie

Open bleed nipple slightly to release some of the pressure and then try and ease them in slowly,i had the same problem last week but had to strip the whole lot down and clean the pistons with a very fine emiry paper and put some copper slip on the pistons before sticking it all back together.   18. How did you get to the sump plug and drain the oil without spilling it all over the tray as i always remove it for access? Stevie

Best to get it up on a 4 poster ramp if you can then remove under cover and then locate sump plug and remove and drain oil then remove oil filter,once all oil has drained replace sump plug and new oil filter but remember to fill it up first then replace under cover and drop car down to a level standing and fill up with fresh oil usually around 5 litres,turn engine over using a socket on the crank pulley to ensure the sump is full then let the engine run for a few mins b4 stopping and checking level, thats what i do anyway Stevie
  23. I was sitting at the Old Inns @ Cumbernauld today waiting on Imy when in came a mk11 RS 2000 ,RS1800,mk11 Mexico and an RS1600i,all the MK11 looked minted especially the white RS1800. Stevie
