    Bloody civic type R's I raced one at crail last weekend that has a supercharger and nos and it kick my ass [][:'(]. As for power increase just don't go to mad and the engine will be fine if it's been well looked after. I'm away to put on a bigger turbo, sti intercooler, full decat and other bits and bobs and Andy F remap (still to book) so looking at getting a good old power boost and still have a car I can use every day.     Edited I would still say go for the Apexi, price from Andy F's web site for the APEXI Power FC ECU supplied fitted and mapped is £750. I would think by the time you get a second hand ecu and it mapped to your car the cost will be about the same ish if not more,that’s if it possible to use a newer ecu your car that is, I'm sure someone will be able to clarify that. Phil I think thats £750 + VAT phil well spotted m8
