my HKS SSQV done the same too a wee while back. took it off and opened it up, cleaned / lubricated with some spray lithium grease (says on tin for lubricating springs) from halfords, hey presto, as good as new

there on yell.com for the location, Premier Frames, down just off the main street across from griegs the bakers. all up they charged £32.50, including them fitting the print into the frame. Choice of frames at that price too I tried a local shop in mollinsburn and they wanted £64, for similar frame.

took my print in on Saturday and they had one already framed ready for someone to collect looked good can't wait until i get mine this week I would recommend them and reasonable price too
