  1. Anyone running one of these kits? What's your thoughts on it? Did you get the car mapped after fitting? Where do you buy replacement filters and how much do they cost? Cheers Chris
  2. I know. At least before you had a wee circle of paper to show for your money now you dont even get that lol
  3. I had to renew in September and didn't get a new discs so naked it is lol
  4. Try Gary moulson at Keith michaels. Mention you are a member on here and you get a discount
  5. Now that we don't have to display road tax discs let's see your naked windscreens or have you replaced the tax discs with something more interesting?
  6. Picked these bad boys up today. Quality is excellent and spool up is really quick apparently due to design.
  7. Still keeping to the good old Scooby brand which is good. Clean slate for modding lol. Now as I always say Lol
  8. Well I have managed to source a set of syms equal length headers for my project. I know equal length headers are not everyone's taste but I fancy something different and these look quite good for what I am aiming for. Is anyone running them on here? Chris
  9. Gave the car a second coat of wax last night. Think I am getting the hang of it now. Need to just find a good wax and start using that. I have been using simoniz ice wax which is pretty good.
  10. Nah spectating in my standard Sti
  11. Well after building up my supply of polishes and waxed etc I thought it was about time I took the plunge and bought myself a machine polisher. I have tried g3 applicator pads to do it the old fashioned way but when you see how shiny cars look after they have been machine polished I thought it was time to take the plunge. I haven't blown the bank on the machine I have bought but hopefully it will do the trick. I will post up photos once I have given the scoob a good going over. If any of the seasoned detailers have any tips then please let me know. Chris
  12. Link not working for me either
  13. Nice mustang.
  14. Due to work dress code I couldn't oblige on that front today ?. I have changed my Facebook photos though.
  15. Anyone going to this at the end of the month?
  16. What colour is your car as I will no doubt have photos of it in the 300 or so I took lol
  17. Well today saw another milestone in my Scooby servicing learning. I managed to source, purchase, remove old filter and replace with the new filter. I know this seems trivial to a lot of people but when you have spent all your life paying for someone else to do these things it is fulfilling when you learn to do it yourself.
  18. Cracking wee morning up at knockhill today. Only a couple of scoobs in track but still loads of action and a few spins. Hopefully the guy in the red evo's gets his engine sorted soon but at least it gives a good excuse to forge it. Photos are on my Facebook page. Well done john for organising another great day. Chris
  19. Took my standard car? out for a wee drive tonight and it brought a smile to my face after a rubbish day. Car is completely standard map wise although I have fitted a few modifications(mainly suspension orientated) and it sticks to the road like nothing else.
  20. Cheers don. With there being few active members in the scottish section and this being a great opportunity for the Subaru owners in Scotland I wondered if people from other clubs would have been able to turn up for this to bolster up the number of scoobs for the camera shoot. Last thing we want is a couple of scoobs turning up. We will be heading up for this to show support?
  21. £28995 for the 2015 sti here in the uk.
  22. Well with the help of a few friends I got the rusty old wings replaced on the scoob today.
