Hi all

OSC  will be meeting in Witney on the 19th November at the main town carpark opposite the fire station, I am back next Thursday / Friday and will post furter info then, the plan of the meet will be to meet up then convoy to a surprise location ;)

Firstly the initial meet in Witney will be around 1200 noon as usual ( I forgot to post the time)

Right, as to where we end up going will be a club choice I spoke to members at the last meet explaining my intentions for this meet it will really be down to what people want to do on the day I will have a list of options with me.

Please be patient I have 0 time or internet access to do hardly anything from here.

When I spoke to everyone at the last OSC meet there was no probs with meeting up then going on somewhere else surprise or not!!!!

Like I said I have very limited internet access to do anything from here I cannot please eveyone, if you are not happy with the meet mabe you could get your heads together and find something that suits your needs and budget.

I thought a surprise meet would make the day a little more interesting.

I see you all when I return..

Any ideas on the next Pub?[8-)]

I guess we are looking for a pub which is family friendly with plenty of parking and tasty food?

I mentioned the Trout Inn in lower Wolvercote (Off Woodstock roundabout Oxford) at the last meet. The service and food is always excellent with views of the river (Trout River) and a extensive outdoor seating with heatlamps (also indoors).

Lots of space for the kids to run about and meet the peacocks and ducks of the Trout.[;)]

But can get busy on the Sundays, but I guess every where the same!

Lets get some suggestions and ideas together and pick the new spot before the next meet!

fishes at North Hinksey is good with lots of space, but probably better in the summer with a huge garden to eat and play in.

Maybe with Christmas coming / cash tight / daylight fading / dodgy weather, we would get a bigger turnout with a predictable event - also helps out any latecomers to still join in? I'm up for a mystery tour / drive out in the spring summer though!

Happy to go with John's suggestion for this month as it's nice & close - we'll probably be there whatever gets decided.

Only managed to get the silver graphics made up in time but atleast you can see what they are like :D

Also I have the first pototype polo shirt :P

Come on Oxon Scooby Crew it would be nice to see more of us than the Bucks crew at our own meet !!!!!!

Sorry guys and gals I cant make this one, I have to run around to get preparde for a new job staring tomorrow. My contract with my old place expired and wasn't renewed until the last hour of the day by which point I had already got another one lined up and ready to start. I gotta go buy laptops and a new wardrobe as its a shirt and tie job [:D]
