ColinVW Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 Looking good at the moment [H] http://ukie.accuweather.com/adcbin/ukie/uk...=&traveler=
johns Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 Colin, I don't even bother checking until, about 3 or 4 days prior to the event. it changes far too often to be reliable. Fingers crossed the weather will be fine though [] John
st3ph3n Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 This all assuming the weather in Dunfermline is the same as the weather at Knockhill? The weather at one end of the circuit is often different from the other end!
craig mac Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 Weather was great yesterday[][] Track took a while to dry out and there were a few offs and a few BANGS as well Track time was very limited due to this, And i left around 1330[] There were some very quick Evo's there and Rogers Skyline is a tool in a straight line. Rog i hope you are ok and the car aint too bad, I heard you had a bump after i left....[]

Fee Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Surprise surprise....it's changed at the last minute Looks like it could be a wet one!
scoobyiain Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 It was meant to rain here today but has stayed dry so away to give the car stage 2 & 3 meguires [H]
johns Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Both the BBC and ITV weather this morning made it look like it should remain dry. Might be cloudy, but certainly no heavy rain forecast. John
RS Grant Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 VERY grey and overcast here in North Fife... But even if it is raining elsewhere, it could be sunny up at Knockhill, it usually has its own weather system up there!! Cheers, Grant
johns Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Still fine and dry here in ABZ, but dark and cloudy!
Fee Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Everyone do a sun dance before they go to bed tonight please

col666 Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Was wet and wild at 4pm up at Knockers! could hardly open my door against the wind. Tracks more fun when its wet[] Have fun you guys and keep it on the black stuff. p.s. check your brakes well before the hairpin, 3 cars have ended up the tyres in the last couple of weeks[]
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 this is a pretty reliable forecast http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/today....ode=dunfermline like you guys say - even when it's wet it's still fun. Sun and wind amongst the showers will dry out the lines. Either way it will be braw [H]
colin_ross Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 p.s. check your brakes well before the hairpin, 3 cars have ended up the tyres in the last couple of weeks[] Col you must be the official SIDC johna. Do you some sort of voodoo powers that can send cars spinning off at will?
RA Dunk Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 dont think cols going today so it should be quiet enough with reguards to accidents etc, guess he can tell that already thats why hes not going, no crashes = no col? []
colin_ross Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Think I've just twigged what the 666 is for in his name...... is it writen on his head?
RA Dunk Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 or upside down 999, seems to be quite a popular number when he`s around knockhill [][]
thewelsho Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Looking good at the moment [H] http://ukie.accuweather.com/adcbin/ukie/uk...=&traveler= Got that well wrong!
col666 Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 [6] ha ha ha! No mishaps today? I was up to my erse in mud trying to run huge cables in a gas plant and could see Knockhill in the distance when the clouds cleared! Must have been wild up there at 9am because it was like a monsoon a few miles away[um]
