Will there be a trip to Isle of Man in 2007 as this year. Started saving for my hols next year and ready to book time off work. Any ideas?

Hi Jim,

 

Going on the interest for this years event, no

 

However, never say never an all that, IF enough people wish to come over then of course we would be delighted to both welcome you and organise things the way we do![]

 

Right now i can think of at least 3 that will probably come over anyway, organised event or not (as they did this year) and if enough show a genuine interest then we will look at it.

There is also a cheaper B&B about a mile from the hotel we use as well so that could be an option for those on a tight budget as could probably save £40 ish per night so would be looking at roughly £675 instead of £875 given the way things are going up, this is only a rough guide but would probably not be a million miles out

 

The Smacs gang came over at easter and had a good time as well so perhaps some of them might wish to come back again.

 

The KEY, is to show a genuine interest well this side of xmas ie in the next couple of months and perhaps a deposit as well.

Lets have a show of those interested now by adding there names underneath and see what we have.

Rally Isle Of Man 2007... 19th to the 21st of July. 2 weeks early. (Manx Independent)

The dates are now available for the Manx Scoobyfest 2007

Wednesday 18th July to Tuesday 24th July 2007.

 

Once again this will coincide with the Rally Isle of Man (British,Irish Tarmac & Historic Championship Round)

Hopefully. if enough people are interested we can run a good event next year, the minimum we need is 11 rooms at the hotel booked inorder for the sums to work.

Ferry travel from Liverpool, 6 nights B&B in 4* hotel,3 days with the Rally as well as plenty of tours over the island also Laser Blasting,Go-Karting,Treasure Hunts,Gala Dinner,Ten Pin bowling

And several other meals as well.

Price will be roughly £850/£875 per of 2 people to include all of the above.
