Boyakasha Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I'll be supporting Trinidad & Tobago for sure as it's my home country [] Plus the fact that every feckin chav idiot from Engerland thinks that all the other countries are scared of them, give me a break [|-)] SOKA WARRIORS ALL THE WAY []
G.T. Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 im no supporting any team i just cant wait to scunner myself watching all the football.
chris_c201 Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Gotta say that I can't seem to get behind England, nothing against English people or the players, just don't want them to do well cos i can't be bothered listening to it for the next 40+ years.... The whole "neighbour" thing is a bit much as well, do Celtic fans support Rangers when Celtic ain't playing, no, vice-versa, no... course not, otherwise they wouldn't be "rivals" would they... On another note come on the Czech Republic (no reason other than i like them!)

Come on Chris (Gumball), I'd like to hear your view on this one mate []
dan_jess Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I dont mind the team, but the commentary we get, plus the fans still 'gloating' about something that happend 40 years ago gets to us all! If they won, cud u imagine what we would have to listen to!!! I dont mind them doing well, but winning the comp would be horrible! IM STANDING UP! The usual 'sad' (not all) Rangers fans will support Engerland, since they fly ther flags every weekend anyway!
thewelsho Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 "The whole 'neighbour' thing is a bit much as well, do Celtic fans support Rangers when Celtic ain't playing, no, vice-versa, no... course not, otherwise they wouldn't be "rivals" would they..." Splendid point, which ought to end all the "should we or shouldn't we support England" nonsense. It is entirely down to individual choice (some, but very few Old Firm fans opt to support each other in Europe though, that's their choice). I never want to see England win anything, let alone the World Cup or Euro Cup purely because they are, and always will be; rivals. No one will ever force me to support England especially not on the grounds of racial hatred or in breach of PC'ness. Those who tout support on those grounds, need their heads examined!
ANDYJDMSTI Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I don't care who plays or who wins as football is just full of overpaid poncing benders!!! C#NTS!!! [:|]

~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 The Celts RFC argument is flawed...............however I did find it VERY amusing when the Hibs fans sang "Flower of Scotland" at Ibrox and the Gers fans who replied with "Rule Brittania"..........WTF !! As a unit, I hate the England team ........however I have a few English mates ( who I give pelters !) C'MOAN SCOTLAND !
A11YKF Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Im away back to work in germany tomorow morning, hope theres riots an lots of foolish engerlanders for me to laugh at in between work. Later folks.
Boyakasha Posted June 12, 2006 Posted June 12, 2006 0-0, not too bad but we need to keep 11 men on the pitch against Engurland. Let's hope the weather is fecking scourching so the lightweights can't cope []
