The Flaw of the Scobbie Wave

Recommended Posts

Coming back from knockhill yesterday saw a lovely Black STi coming the other way. Flashed his lights and waved and the passenger waving vigoursly, i gave a kindly wave back as i passed,

However 3 miles down the road, "Road Closed" and a quick u-turn and a diversion through dumferlime doh i now know why the passgner was waving vigoursly.

And none of the other cars coming the other waved flashed or waved then i might of though hmmm cops must be sitting up the road with a camera,

Moral of the story "Need to know the secert scoobie wave" lol

Was driving toward Cumbernauld last night in the inside lane of the A80 looking for my exit, when another Scoob (WR Blue STi)came quickly up the outside, slowed alongside, gave me the nod, then tore off into the distance ... Now that's a Scoobie greeting!

It's standard if you see one at the lights, or parked up with the owner at it that you should (when safe to do so) drop a gear and floor it so they can enjoy the burble.
