225x45 17 - 7.5x17 alloys

235x45 17 - 7.x17 alloys

or

235x40 18

225x45 18

Choice of alloys will remain unknown untill i have them on the car.

What age of car is it?

If its a classic, then you would be looking at either 205/45/17 or 215/40/17. 18's would be 215/35/18 or 225/35/18 which I am running.

If its the new shape then it would be 225/45/17 or  225/40/18

unless you are going to slam it then i would say 18's with a 40 profile.  35's with todays road conditions is just taking too much of a risk i reckon. Also seeing you had 19's before i think you will not like the drop straight to 17's.

Has to be at least 18's Paul. 17's sometimes look to small on a classic, let alone a bug.
