Which tyres to get...

I was just wondering what tyres you guys use? Are there any recommendations on where to buy them too? I need 4.

I was going to go for the toyos was advised there great in the dry but slippy in the wet, was told that Ealge F1's were the way to go

Eagle F1's are good all rounders IMHO. Toyo or bridgestone ( sometimes) are good also

I just put a set of toyo t1-r on and love them.

has to be eagle f1s for a greta all round tyre, the bridgestones are really grippy , but i got a few thousand miles more out of the f1s

toyos are ok, but i wouldent run them on mine, tbh, althou i am tempted to go for their race tyre for my 17s

Eagles and Jim fer sure. Went on the recommendations of the guys here and was not disappointed. 4 fitted for £356. That was cheaper than I could buy them on mytyres or Black Circles even with SIDC discount.

Toyo T1R. I have seen twitchy driving in the wet sorted by these tyres. After the pish write up the T1S got in the wet, Toyo relesased the T1R, with a harder wearing shoulder, and better rain handling.

I would go for the T1R.

DON'T buy Bridgestones!

F1s will never give you any surprises.

I had some terrific understeer with my Bridgestones last night when I wasn't pushing on. They just don't cope with moisture IMHO.

Got toyos on just now and dont rate them at all in the wet, Goodyear F1 again next time for sure.

Go with Eagle F1's absolutely fantastic tyre

Forget the Bridgestones (AKA Firestone I think). I have the Potenza's and they are well mince.

I haven't tried the Eagles but certainly the Pirelli P Zero type seemed quite good, esp in the wet.

I've got Pirelli P Zero Neros on my PFF7's if it is good enough for Prodrive then it is good enough for me........................
