Probably be turning off at the junction just before the one to dunfermline as this saves going round the roundabout.

I aint organising this but am sure we could go off at the next junction past the cinema and up to mcds

Come off the M90 before Dunfermline onto A92 (signposted Glenrothes).

so what are you going to do then?

Thats the route i would take.

Off at Cardenden then over past the police HQ to the Shell garage at Glenrothes and then onwards through Cuper to Crail

Grant i often go from glenrothes to roundabout at windygates/kennoway then on to lundin links, and head for the wee costal villages to crail, dont know if this is quicker

Squirrel. Thats a long road for a short cut m8.

I would advise you to stay on the A90 until Glenrothes. Take the A911 (signposted Leven). Straight through Windygates roundabout on to A915 and follow signposts to Pittenweem and then Crail.

Going to cupar adds a lot of miles on to your route and getting off A90 early adds time.

I live here and I know.

My intention was to take some pics of the convoys en route but if I don't know which way you are going....

From M90 J2a Northbound (the A92 turn off just before Dunfermline) A92 until turn off to the right at Kirkcaldy roundabout (east ?) on to the A915 towards Leven > Lundin Links > Colinsburgh then coast road to Crail is my usual route.

A flaw in your plan would be the top up at the Shell in Glenrothes.

If going straight to Crail from FRB then i would concur with your route plan but i prefer a wee top up en route to Crail.

Is there still a Shell in Glenrothes?
