warby Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 << << S&C How do you know that? >> cos hes a train spotter too >> Yeh iam not the only 1. Thank god.
Bing Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Thought so mate, I work for NWR. Have you been North of the border with that machine? Could do with some work on the S&C if you have a spare Saturday night!?!? Do you work for NRL or Serco etc?
warby Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 No i work for Harsco, the people who build them in the states. I drive operate and fix them. We have a machine UK1 which covers the east coast and scotland areas. I sometimes come up and sort some stuff out for them. Normally in Glasgow.
Bing Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Good man, drop me a note the next time you are coming up, I work In Head Office and live in Glasgow We can be sad and talk about the poor quality of the hand grinding behind S&C machines etc :confused
dan_jess Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Back 2 the car, i think the cusco graphics r smart, few cars popping up with them now tho, so mite not be different for long, mind you ive not seen them on a blue car!
jcscoob Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 blue all the way m8 or something totaly original !!
warby Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 There is a sticker company up your way. Underground graphix i think. Iam sure there will give some ideas Chris.
terminator Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 blue, blue blue. The blue has grey shadowing on the rear edges. Why dont u add a chrome surround or use carbon fibre effect for the shading or the grafix and a chrome surround.TIGHT.Good luck and let us see the beast when done?.
gus the bus Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Light blue over WR blue looks different (and good!) I'd go with that Chris! But obviously you'll need the Gold/polished split rim alloys to go with them mate
st3ph3n Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I'm liking the new STI kit pictured on the True Grip mailshot thing. Might look good in the same light blue on dark scheme. Certainly never seen one before and it'd make a nice change to the standard rally graphics.
gus the bus Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Stephen, posted on that earlier today too! I like you thought it looked pretty cool and unique. £140 supplied and fitted was it not!?! Seems pretty decent to me. Not sure if Chris has seen the flier!?! Chris? gus

gus the bus Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 << no i havent seen it what you on about? >> Chris, there is a flyer in with True Grip this month from "XPRESS SCOOBY GRAPHICS" with an "STI" decal in full size for the sides. Looks pretty cool. Worth a look if you have a copy. They may well have a website but only mention an e-mail address: xpressscoobygraphics@hotmail.com Gus
Gumball Posted September 30, 2005 Author Posted September 30, 2005 cheers i got it through the post this morning. i called them and the priceing is roughly as follows- standard yellow wrc decals with number boxes=£100 flourecant yellow wrc decals with number boxes=£160 Cusco decals=£270 these prices are just for the kit, then i would need to pay circa £100 to get them fitted.
st3ph3n Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Foooooooking hell. Rules out the Cuscos for me. I need me a scottish flag + driver name window sticker though, and a couple of sponsory ones for my helmet.
