Hi i'm shiona, havent posted much on the forum, normally find me lurking on the TRS site (Hi Cal, Grovit) I've a 98 Classic turbo that I bought when I split from my husband and handed back my Civic type R. I bought the scooby to have as much performance as the Civic. I've got to agree with Gumball that you cant beat the looks you get. Being female and blonde causes a stir quite often and kids just love the car, I'm the coolest mum at the school

I'm Dan, got my scoob in feb this year, classic Terzo, no 121. love the car, my favourite thing about it is, its a limited edition, theres not very many about, (tho i'd like to see them!) the sound, the handling, the looks you get and of course, its a Scooby!

and my girlfrend/wife liked driving that much she got one to,

Hi, Peter here.

I bought 02 Bugeye WRX in April 03. I had a few cars before that and always wanted an Evo or a Scoob.

I was getting a 1 year old scoob for the same price as a 4 year old Evo. So I went for the WRX in Silver.

I like the looks (now that Ive changed the headlights), handling and performance who doesn't

I will probably keep the scoob for a few years and then get a 2-3 year old STI in the newshape. It looks more than likely February before the new Impreza is out accorinding to my local garage.

Hi,Del here,i've had a couple of Civic VTi's(E.G+E.K. models)then bought a MY 01 Bugeye DBM

in December 03 which has had a few choice mods since........

My favourite thing about the car is the comments you get about it.......especially from kids....they

make me laugh......see signature.

Company cars for 17 years, the bulk of which were Maestro/Mondeo type motors. Changed job in 2001 to a company with a VERY generous car allowance. Was up for a WRX, but it looked too much like a Toyota Corolla for my liking so opted for the Mitsu Galant 2.6 v6 Sport. Gorgeous looking car, fast and pretty rare so a real head-turner.

Once the three years was up on that and Subaru had made the car look decent again I got my MY04 WRX. Love it. Until I get old and incontinent I can see myself having a Scooby somewhere - even as a second car just for fun.

Stephen. Owned a 1.4 civic as my first car, kept it for 3 years and loved it. Traded "up" to a Vectra I got a MASSIVE discount on. Was miffed with it for 3 years other than it was comfortable to drive and had a nice sound system. Finally got job security last November, autotradered the Vectra, shifted it to a mate in the end and before the ink on the cheque was dry I was at motorpoint in Glasgow licking the black Impreza in the forecourt to mark it as mine. A week later I collected it and I've had a smile on my face ever since. I have loads of favourite things about it. Friends, family, colleagues, passers by love it, but I didn't buy it for attention. I bought it because it's great fun.

Hi im Peter.I wanted a scooby since i was young.I now have a 03WR BLUE STI with slight tweeks.Sometimes i go out driving looking for cars to smoke.The car sounds superb (rumble rumble).I am not sure if i would buy a new JDM car as they don't sound the same...because of the equal lenght headers.Me,Denise & the kids love scoobies and will hopefully keep to the brand when a replacement is due.

have had a few "sports" cars over the years the first with 4 wheel drive was a celica GT4 and loved the planted feeling of it, you just knew that flooring it round a corner you were pretty safe (to a point) and hankered after that safeness after having a couple of beemers the last one boing a M3 evo, fare enough it is a fantastic car and all but it could bite

now i am in love with me MY98 type R with a full Magnex system, whiteline droplinks, mintex pads and discs, braided hoses and living in scotland plenty of fun roads

Andy here, bought my 03-plate Red WRX from S&S just over 6 months ago. Bought it as my last toy before the kiddies come along (hopefully). Have spent a few quid modding it, mostly in the looks department. Love the car for the looks it gets and the noise it makes. It was either the scoob or a brand-spanking-new Type R Civic, bought the scoob coz i thought i might persuade the Mrs to keep it since it's got 4 doors. "It'll still be practical when we've got a nipper!!!"
