colin_ross Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Not the beast of days. Good company but p!shy weather. If it wasn't for Matt's cookimg (hero BTW) and the little bit of cover we had we'd never have lasted as lomg as we did. Best not to mention the timings erither, was well dodgy at 3 figure speeds through the standing water.
oobster Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 An absolute washout, only redeemed by Matt's cooking & swiggi's brilliant idea to bring along two gazeebo's!!! At the time of typing (5pm, back home in West Lothian) there are now blue skies outside, flamin typical Busy wee place though, can only imagine the numbers that would have turned out if it was nice weather. Cheers for the burgers Matt!!!

Kendo Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Not the best of days eh ? we drove down fae Rothes (2.5/ 3 hour drive ) & lasted about an hour & half before we left ringing right through to me kecks ! Was a big turn out considering the weather, when we left the queue was right back up to & out of Crail. Next time it will be better !
