Details have just been announced for the Isle of Man 2003 event in September this year.

It will be for many car clubs, so places will be limited, and allocated on a first come first served basis.

The price is a little more than we paid last year (which everyone will agree was superb value for money), but includes some different events to do.

The full details are listed in an e-mail attachment which I was sent (364Kb), which I'll happily e-mail to anyone that requests it.

Summary info:

18th - 22nd September

Ferry Travel from the mainland

Welcome Reception

Discover the Druidale Trail

Gala Dinner evening

Gaiety Theatre Evening

Drive the TT Mountain Course (closed for our exclusive use of course face-icon-small-smile.gif)

Ferry Travel home

All hotels, and many meals included

£365 per person, based on two people sharing.

Hi Guys & Gals,

Just a quick update on the Manx Classic 2003.

I have just spoken to FAD Promotions and they have told me that the response from the SUBARU crowd has been far better than they thought and so far outnumber the enquirys from all the other invited clubs put together!.

So the moral is! If you have thought about coming over but not booked it yet GET CRACKING!! or be dissapointed

Hi All

Debbie was looking at the booking confirmation last night and noticed that we were booked up for August not September! I had checked ferry times, dates, hotels, but in all the exitement had not checked the month, .face-icon-small-blush.gifface-icon-small-smile.gif phoned Magic Holidays and they are sending me a new confirmation sheet, face-icon-small-happy.gifface-icon-small-happy.gif I am told that the correct bookings were made it was just the confirmation that was wrong, probably a one off but may be an idea to check.

Cheers

Optimax is not available anywhere on the island!.

However a mighty fine selection of Shell Super unleaded is available, (at my petrol station in Onchan, naturaly)

As for Octane Booster, i should have some my self to sell, (Come on Scoobyworldface-icon-small-mad.gif, the cheque was cashed weeks ago!!!)

I might even have my new beastie by then.

I have got room for a tent in the garden!!!

There will be plenty of accomodation, i believe that the number of hotels is limited by FAD, this is to enable them to put all similar cars into the same hotels, i think SIDC is earmarked for the Gala Hotel (Stakis/Hilton or whatever else its called this week!) right on the prom and not to bad

I will check and confirm after TT

Got 15,000 bikes to fill up (hopefuly all will come and see me & Margy)
