Bonnet release cable

So i pulled the bonnet catch to check THE REXS bodily fluids and there was a loud crack Aaaarrrrggghhh guess the bloody cable has snapped any ideas how to get bonnet up and how to replace the cable or is it a garage job

No bruv cant see anything so only option is get it booked in at scoobyworld and let them work there magic i reckon front bumbers gotta come off

I got some aero catches in a cupboard somewhere if you need them

Well driving back today i notice my bonnet slightly lifting I had it open yesterday giving it a clean just noticed the catch is not engaging!!! So a bit of wd 40 seems to have done the trick.......... looks like another cleaning project.. hope you get catch sorted

Its booked in on the 8th of this month at scoobyworld to let them work their magic ive been told by them its a front bumper off job to sort it at least if they break owt while doing it they can fix it lol  instead of me throwing spanners about and having a case of tourettes

A little phone call from the crew at scoobyworld telling me THE REXs  bonnet cable has been sorted  so ive treated the old girl to a oil and filter change so hopefully no more bonnet issues mmmmm now do i invest in a carbon bonnet as i know a man with some aero bonnet catches gathering dust in a cupboard

It might surprise you that they are no longer in the cupboard. They are now in the Dremel box

open box, look at bonnet, scratch head, put back in box, cup of tea, look at bonnet, put box back in cupboard, paint something pink
