Ebay Rant

Been looking at quite a few parts for the bikes and car and I cant believe how many sellers will not post to my address as I live in "the Scottish Highlands" apparently when the feck did Renfrew become part of the Scottish Highlands??

I then stick in a Glasgow Postcode for one of the shops in Braehead which is 1.2 miles away and which used to be classed as Renfrew untill the built the shopping center and magically they say the can post the item

Yep, I noticed that quite a lot of PA postcodes are on their "Highlands" list....WTF!!!

Yeah really annoying that.. Difficult to get anythign delivered to Morayshire these days.. The problme is just getting worse as well.. Increasing number now wont deliver to Aberdeenshire either!!!

Really takes the piss when it's somethign small which will fit in a jiffy bag via royal mail, they still wont send

i have the same trouble as i live in a little village that if you blink you would miss it lol they say its in lincolnshire when my postcode is clearly nottinghamshie WTF lol arse to royal mail lol

I had similar issues and obviously a pain but contact the seller, all they can say is no and you go elsewhre

Managed to get to the bottom of it, its all bloomin ebays fault!!!

my postcode is PA4 8** and Islay is PA48 *** so according to the numptys at ebay they think I live on Islay ffs!!!

Fair play to the guy, I sent him an email and he got in contact via mobile, then spent the next hour and a half telling ebay they were bawbags on the phone so instead of sorting the problem ebay have only lifted the postage thing on his auctions

According to just about every delivery company apart froM Royal Mail I live offshore on an island somewhere.. FFS! I'm on teh same pice of land as the rest of you, you can walk from pointA to pointB (may take a while) but it is possible.. Had many an argument with businesses in recent years.. Very much "Computer says no" attitude! Grrr!
