Still no pics as been a little busy.

Have you ever heard of having mild whiplash on the front of your neck??

This is what happens when you go backwards into a barrier at Thruxton doing 50ish!!! OUCH!! :iamstupid:

Failed to mention this was in a Go Kart. No Subaru's were hurt in the events!

I did beat all the officers so don't think my CR will be that good next year haha.

I'm sorry you all feel that way, clearly I as Chairwoman have let you all down in the design of the rebrand.

Always nice to know that we're told where we're going wrong yet rarely receive praise for the things we do right.

I don't think that's a fair comment. Please refer to our personal conversation headed RO for Somerset. I clearly stated that I was proud to be part of the club and said how it had changed in the time I'd been a member

Firstly this is not my section, but cant help but reply. You certainly have not let anyone down. I believe that the flyers, posters, show flags, cards etc all look very professional and very clean. As stated on the post where all were avaialable to download in the members section.

You can please all of the people some of the time. Some of the people all of the time. But not all of the people all of the time.

Atleast people are taking the time and effort to take this club forward. Its easy for all of us to critisise from the sidelines.

I would agree with Criddy on this, I think praise is always forthcoming when things go well and can be seen in many areas of the forum as well as at events. As I have said in the exchange of PM's I've had with Stu over the stickers, I'm extremely proud to be a member and continue to support SIDC. I of course also agree with Gordon's post above, you can't possibly please everyone all the time but opinions are just that.

A rebrand can either make or break an organisation and to be honest this is the first time I have seen this design for a sticker. I would have happily commented if seen in a draft stage, as I'm sure many others would have who have now received their stickers.

Kim, that just is not what we are saying. A plain blue sticker with the club name in plain writing does not stick out in my mind, whereas the last one did. To me it looks like the kind of sticker you get when a garage sells you your car and to me it really does not make the statement, but that is just mt opinion. you know I support the club and am proud to be part of the support that has backed up what you have done to turn things around, it does not mean that I will not have an opinion! Keep it going.

Just speaking my mind rich , thought it would look better if it was more like your Jap-riders sticker , the blue oblong just don't sit on the car anywhere without it looking out of place..I'm sorry if I upset anyone but I'm sure it'll blow over . Be interested in seeing how many cars have them on at rally day ...

P.s haven't forgot about the springs just real busy at the mo ..

Hello Devons peeps,

I wondered if anyone who is mechanically competent would be able to have a look at a car which in in your area. If you think you might be able to help me out, could you possibly send me a PM or email me at chris.ignitionlab@gmail.com

Car in question is located in Holsworthy.

Many Thanks

Chris.
