Finally sold my Subaru

Sold my car this week, just wasn't practical enough with a growing family, in physical size not numbers.

I haven't been on here much in the past few months but just wanted to say how much i've loved owning the car and everything that goes with it.

As you all know, owning a Subaru isn't just about the car, it's the whole Subaru community.

I've tried waving at passing Mondeos but folk look at you as if your daft, it's not quite the same.

I owned the car nearly 4 yrs and during that time i've met some cracking folk and i also got to pay tribute to my hero, Colin, by taking part in The Gathering, it was worth owning the car for that experience alone. As Imy so poignantly put, "it could only have been better if it never had to happen at all".

Take care everyone and if it's ok i'll pop by the stand at shows and say hello.

Maybe i'll get another Impreza one day, if i do it'll be as a toy and hopefully be a mint series McRae.

Good to hear you got it away eventually Gordon they are getting very expensive to keep on the road these day's, still keeping the old one running but it will end up going sometime as well, hope to catch up with you sometime soon tell Heather were asking for her

There's a nice white hatch kicks about up here, but other than that they seem to be getting rarer.
