micra_wrc Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Theres a moving obituary here in Scotcars >> Click here
jamesm Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Very moving and very well written. I didn't know that Campbell Roy used to co-drive for him. A very sad loss to Scottish rallying. My thoughts to all those involved.
scouk Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Theres a moving obituary here in Scotcars >> Click here That's very movign indeed.. To many good people are now missing from the sport, I'd never seen Jimmy with anythign less than an enthusiastic smile on his face at events.. He said he would win the championship in 2012, I believe he probably would! To have one the championchip 3 times, once a decade would have been a great accolade. Particularly once again in a Subaru Impreza.. I'll be stickign yet another signature tribute sticker on my rear window next to Colin's one. For Jimmy... In memory of yet another driver taken from us before their time..
empty_heed Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 quite moving, he certainly liked jap cars. r.i.p jimmy.
phil Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 With everything going on in my life I have felt sorry for myself recently but hearing this tragic news really brings things back into focus My thoughts are with his family and friends
