New Plasma Blue Sti Saloon @ S&s Subaru, Ayr - Pics

Still no rear spoiler though but trying to find out what the options & costs are for info.

As per comments in the other "New STI Saloon" thread, I'm not convinced - need to see one in the metal (yes, the pics were sent to me on request)

it looks spot on, think a rear spoiler would finish it of. its lovely inside, with push start button where the fog lights are on the hawkeye, seats are very comfy,

i had a good look round it yesterday when i was in dropping mine off

Seen the one in Ian Greive's the day picking up my car and it looks 100 times better in white!!

Exhausts are'nt filling the rear valance enough for me or vice versa.

In fairness, at least the dark blue hides some of the car's f*ck-ugly lines!

Still think it's as clunky and dowdy-looking as sin...

If that had a spoiler I'd like that- a lot. Price needs to be £5k cheaper though

both the white one and the blue one need alloys that fill the arches (bigger offset), a decent sized boot spoiler and as Stewarty says exhausts that fit the bumper or a bumper thats tighter around the pipes.

At the moment to me it looks a car with a bodykit on 14" alloys

with the above it MAY start to look half decent

Don't think it's for me dude - I'll keep the Hawkeye STI methinks! I would be interested to know what the additional costs are for spoiler options, etc., just to complete the "your having a laugh wi that price subaru" picture.

Looks guff to me too in either white or this blue

No for me either and at £32,995 I could think of many better cars to spend that cash on, if I was ever going to spend that amount.

Yes, definitely.

Bigger exhausts me thinks, I would prefer single ovals at each side, big ones, then the valance shaped to be tighter round them.

Again, spot on with that one.

I also think it needs massive spot lights from the classic era. With all the above 'issues' it just doesn't have the road presence of a standard Impreza, let alone an STI! Just looks like another 4-door family car. The huge bonnet vent is just not enough on its own, the vent reminds me very much of an old Kia people-mover (I think it was a Kia, or similar). It doesn't look aggressive enough, it doesn't stand out, it just doesn't move me like the Classic or the Hawkeye does.

The white is nicer, what other colours is this going to be available in?? As said, bigger wheels, spoiler etc.

Once someone gets one and mods it, it will prob make all the difference.

I have heard that there is to be NO WR Blue available in the Saloon/Sedan

So they will be available in:

WHITE

PLASMA BLUE

any others known?
