Scooby Wagon Addict Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 (edited) Went and got my new wheels fitted this morning at Auto Image on Great Western Rd, Glasgow. I'd ordered Kei Force 10s in Hyperblack. Ian and Scoobywho fitted my original tyres on new the wheels . Can thoroughly recommend them. To me it's not just about the price , it's the service that matters too and they delivered in both departments I had to get new wheels on asap as I'd been driving around with what I have discovered now was 2 buckled wheels and had to get new ones pronto! Only thing I'm still not 100% on them , they're just a bit too shiny ,but I'll just have to live with them and that's it ..probably because I've been used to my car with charcoal coloured wheels , Anyway , here's a few pics I took at my work just after they were fitted. Also open to other peoples opinions too . Thanks again Scott , will be in touch again soon. Steve Edited August 28, 2010 by Scooby Wagon Addict
nightmare Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 they are spot on and show up the gleaming paintwork just nicely i would stick with them
Spaceman Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 aye they suit it nice just get some tyre shine on and that will take the eye away from the wheels if you know what i mean ( i think its the tyres that make them look shineyer) looks good though bud.
terzo neil Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 dont like it, just my comment, dosnt suit in my eyes
Scooby Wagon Addict Posted August 28, 2010 Author Posted August 28, 2010 Thanks everyone .. As I said I do appreciate all comments .. good and bad Safety was the most important issue.. with 2 being stuffed I'm just glad to get 4 good wheels on her so I know the handling is safe and spot on..if I really cant live with them I MIGHT get them powdercoated .. sacraligious in some people's eyes I kno . Steve
oobster Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Mmm. As you know I had the KEI Force 10's on my old Scoob, in 18" though. Mine were Hypersilver. Can't say I am loving these ones on your car Steve, they just look a bit too "bright". Are you sure they are Hyperblack? Will need to have a decent look "in the flesh" to form a proper opinion though.
StewartyBoy Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 I like them. As said before in a previous thread, I had 8s on another car of mine and thought they genuinely improved the car and not just by looks!
andyherd Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 i can see why they might not be everyone's cup of tea but good on you for getting something a bit different
kennybspec-d Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 stevie the wheels look great and if you like them who cares about everybody elses opinions im sure they will grow on you and they set the colour right off +1

Steve Thanks Steve, I think they look good, bit of tireshine and they wont stand out as much, they really do bring out the colour of the car. Hopefully you will rack up a bit more miles now. Speak to you Tuesday Scott
