One of our Subaru Dealers has had 2 cars stolen at 5am this morning from a secure compound a wrxs chassis no JF1GHEKD38G008815 engine no 28132. The second was a 22B chassis no GC8-067441 engine no GC8E20P.Both vehicles were blue. If you come across either of these it will be a miracle but who knows!

If you are offered or come accross call

Holy cr@p! Not gonna be easy to shift a 22B is it? Even the parts...good luck finding them. Certainly not amateurs by the sound of things.

They aint gonna sell those whole lets be honest. 22B will already be in bits for definate which is such a bloody shame.

Thieves should have their hands cut-off to stop re-offending, jail is too good.

If these stolen cars have been taken from the Weirs directly, then I won't try and pretend that I'm unhappy about whats happened. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of individuals IMO.

However, if these cars have been taken from another dealer who will have to claim/foot the bill for replacements or even worse, private individual(s) who owned one or both of these cars then its a real shame and I sincerely hope that they are found quickly and still in the condition they were lifted in..

Cheers,

Grant

Alright pal sure is me B)

Thought it must be! Got my Impreza finally, although it's getting new slave cylinder now... had it home less than a day!

Gutted they took a 22B, they are rare enough as it is. Surprised they knew what it was.

My comments were about the people that run John R Weir, which is the company that suffered these tragic losses... so I'd say I'm loosely keeping things on topic.

Plus, since the OP chose to engage the comments in his own thread.. surely its ok to stay and discuss further if required.

Cheers,

They might not have... without knowing how they did it they might have taken the ones with keys in or they could get keys for. Even in bits a 22b is going to be difficult to move.

If they did know what they were lifting i'd expect it to be on a boat somewhere by now heading for Russia or some other Eastern Block mafia zone.

Shocked that their either wasn't a tracker or it failed to help.

Not so much your comments Grant as like you say, it's in reference to the OP but comments such as Skidmark's pay no reference to the OP.

Weren't the cars taken from Keith Price in Wales though?

I'm not going to get into semantics but I think it's clear enough to see what you were implying and as I've said, let's just try and keep things on-topic. B)
