May have to sell the spec c!! Just had a ****ty break up with the missus and either need to sell the car to buy her out the house or sell the house!! At the moment Id rather sell the house and keep the car but that might just not be an option!! What do i do??

It took me ages to find a nice clean example of a spec c that was standard and not abused and after owning it for 2 years now it been by far the best driver's car I've driven!!

Good time to be selling a bike as well, with spring being just round the corner. I'm in between bikes at the moment, and sure as hell get a severe case of motorcycle emptiness when the 1st few nice spring days arrive .

Sorry to hear the bad news, if needs must needs must you can always get another car failing that the other half will probs get half the car anyways, hope you come up with a solution mate and all the best deffo sell the bike give you more time to work a plan...

Keep the car & keep the house!

Get the house revalued and give yer missus half the value of the capital! Add that value back to your mortgage payment and you may not notice the difference over the years.

Been there mate, know how hard it is, keep yer chin up.

Keep the car and the bike and sell the house (kids will be happy at your parents and possibly consider the other options )

Cheers for the comments guys, need to ponder on the situation for a good while before making any harsh decisions!! My mum always said to me "If you dont know what to do, dont do anything at all" . Think thats a pretty good saying in all honesty.

Shoot the Mrs, get big cheque from life insurance (assuming she is insured), keep car, keep bike, keep house, sorted
