Sleiper Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Hi all as some of you may know myself and my fiance Leslie bought our first impreza a month ago tomorrow and joined the forum. Today we took it down to Andy Forrest who was kind enough to squeeze us in as he had a cancellation As a result the car is totally different and pulls like a train!! The figures are 348bhp and 345lb/ft torque which we are very happy with especially as Andy said it was a good example of the car and how well it was running! We went home and have been out treating it to a coat of Autoglym High Definition wax and its came up pretty damn good!!! here's a couple of pics of it for you all!!
Sleiper Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 yea was a custom Ecutek switchable map. so on one option runs standard 265Bhp and other option the 348Bhp.
lewisscoob Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 (edited) Nice figures and pics I wish I had a missus that was willing to help wash/wax my car. I think mine would sooner wash the car with a brick than soapy water! Edited March 1, 2010 by LewisScoob
bobbyc Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Nice one amazing what a little tweak can do, I bet your grin is even bigger now

(whatever that means) thats a tidy blob you got

Im away for a remap with him soon and would be keen for a switchable map like you fellas are talking about. Edited March 1, 2010 by LewisScoob

You get a decent turbo then? clutch sorted?
lewisscoob Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Does he charge extra for it? Got a TD05-16G which has been to Andy and come back as an AFP5-16, only to be sent away to get coated with the DP. Russ is getting my car the morn to finally sort it! (I hope!) Its not like I have been meaning to get it done since July or anything! The Agra FW will be a pile of rust by now! Keeping on topic, I am still appreciating the shiny black blob! Unlike Cheryl hahaha
kad 16v Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 looks spot on that, going to have to get me some of that wax
