What Rubber Hoops?

Need new black hoops for the wagon to go through a MOT, however a bit strapped for cash at present baby on the way?

Its a toss up between

A.. TOYO PROXIES T1-R - 215/40/17 @ £66.20 each = £274.78 delivered

or

B.. YOKOHAMA PARADA 2 - 215/40/17 @ £68.90 each = £285.58 delivered

Have proxies on the wagon the now, and had them on my old scooby a few years ago, whats the opinions out there? i do a lot of slow miles through buisness driving.

I got four Paradas off ebay - 250 delivered to my door .. won't be putting Toyos back on either. Didn't like the R's at all..
