BAZ999 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Finally to the plunge and fitted my guages on my own with the help of a guide found on the site . The intercooler was a nightmare to get off had to do this twice due to oil temp sender leaking abit. Now just need to understand what they all mean as they use LED's and number. Does anyboby know what the standard boost should be for a bugeye wrx? chaeer baz

stum450n Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 They're really nice! Auto Gauges yeah? I'm guessing Halfrauds?
BAZ999 Posted April 22, 2009 Author Posted April 22, 2009 Got them from nick at gauge place cost about £200 with carbon pod and adapters got them at trax 2 yrs ago but as far as I know he is out of business. Andy in Bicester there is a company called RSpec who sell autogauges think they cost about £30-50. Thanks for the offer Chris next time I do something I'll give you a shout
andyjudge Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Been looking at gauges the last few days & I'm still liking these. What do the clock type displays show around the edge of the guage, is it a graphical display of the digital readout or voltage ? ie do the colours move around as things warm up/boost increases etc. Andy
BAZ999 Posted May 11, 2009 Author Posted May 11, 2009 thanks for the good comments guys just wish I had fitted them earlier andy- the red/amber/green leds round the outer edges show you the read out of the thing they are measuring each led = at set percentage. i.e boost = 0.2 bar and the number part changes every 10 mins to show you the boost and voltage hope that helps you baz
