wardy257
Hello, I have not long owned my first Scooby and found this in the glove box. What is it? There also appears to be a slot for something in the glove box, at the top. Are these two things related like the original alarm system that has been removed or something? Cheers Link to comment
fudge
Would it be one of those keyless conversions ?? You would hit that button to open doors and press a button in the car to start ? Link to comment

psyweb
Ye. looks like it could be a Subaru Keyless entry system reset fob. Similar to these: http://www.cars101.com/subaru/keyless.html Best bet is take it to an automotive sparky or Scoobir dealer, they may be able to let you know make/model etc... PW Link to comment
the_1
it is a remote fob for an impreza but not the turbo as they had an alarm fob, that one is just for the central locking so won't work with your car unless yours is an import, they may have had the standard central locking and then someone could of fitted an alarm at a later date rendering that fob useless Link to comment
wardy257
Thanks for that. Mine is suppose to be a UK car and it has an aftermarket alarm which also does the remote central locking. Link to comment
